As the leaves start to turn, we always dive headfirst into the bustle of the holiday season! With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it’s time to consider how you will bring the magic of fall to your dining table. Below are a few things to keep in mind, as well as some recommendations for your fall table setting at your next gathering.
1. Earthy Elements
Incorporate aspects of nature in your decor, like pinecones, dried leaves, and acorns. Table garland to what I used can be found here.
2. Fall Table Setting Centerpieces
No fall table is complete without a centerpiece. Choose from real pumpkins, faux pumpkins, or even DIY papercraft pumpkins. My pumpkins are all from Kirkland’s.
3. Ambient Lighting
Up the coziness factor with candles of different heights and sizes.
4. Linens
Fabric napkins add a touch of elegance and can be folded in creative ways to add visual appeal to your table. Paper napkins offer variety and convenience. Look for designs and colors that match your overall theme. My napkins are from Amazon.
5. Dinnerware
When it comes to Thanksgiving dinnerware, your decision should align with the aesthetic of your overall table decor. Whether you opt for timeless white porcelain pieces, rustic earthenware, or colorful fall-themed sets, ensure your dinnerware complements the table linens and centerpiece. I have this set from Magnolia Hearth and Home. I love them and have found they go with almost any season!
