It helps you let go of any negative emotions or thoughts, allowing you to have a more peaceful mind and heart as you drift off to sleep. I applied the bottoms of my feet most nights.
Inner Harmony
This essential oil blend restores balance and harmony, making it perfect for those who have trouble relaxing after a long and busy day. It contains a beautiful blend of orange, patchouli and tangerine that promote a sense of tranquility and calm. It may also help reduce feelings of nervous tension and stress, allowing you to experience a deeper and more restful sleep when applied topically.

This essential oil blend is perfect for those feeling restless or anxious. It contains a blend of spruce, rosewood, and blue tansy, promoting confidence, and self-esteem. It helps you feel more empowered and uplifted, letting you let go of any negative thoughts and emotions that may keep you awake. This is my absolute favorite blend of all time so I apply it to my wrists and neck in the morning and throughout the day. I didn’t use this as directed at night though.
All of these blends are made from natural ingredients and are gentle on your skin not requiring dilution, making them suitable for most people.
